What to Have Ready
None of this is required — we will ask. But the more you have in front of you, the more of the call is spent on your situation instead of on gathering it.
- The property address and how many units it has.
- Each tenant’s rent and when it is due — the lease if you have it handy.
- Who pays gas, hydro and water.
- Anything outstanding — arrears, a notice already served, an LTB file, repairs waiting.
