Bringing condominium owners together
A free coordination initiative organised by OLH Property Management so affected condominium owners can come together at the corporation level — alongside, not instead of, anything each owner is already doing for their own units.
One owner from every affected condominium corporation — that’s where this movement starts.

- Register every unit — it’s free. Registrations show which corporations already have owners represented, where the gaps are, and which owners we still need to reach.
- At least one owner per corporation who is willing to discuss next steps. If there are five, ten or thirty of you, we work with all of you.
- A coordinated proposal. OLH is speaking with condominium-administration professionals about one, including asking a court to appoint an administrator where appropriate. Any appointment would be the court’s decision.
- Transparency before commitment. Proposed lawyers, their responsibilities, the fees, the funding arrangements and how costs would be allocated will be shared before owners are asked to commit.
- October 8: the working plan is to compare registrations and share more, including next steps toward an owners’ town hall. The town hall date is not confirmed yet.
Registering does not commit you to hiring OLH, retaining a lawyer or paying legal fees. The video is general information, not legal advice.
Open to every SIREG / Simple Investor condo owner, including owners who manage their own units, owners who use another property manager, and owner-occupiers. You do not have to hire OLH to join, and nothing on this page asks you to retain any lawyer, pay anything, give any vote or proxy, or sign a legal instruction.
Where this starts: connecting with at least one unit owner in each affected condominium corporation who is willing to talk about helping move a coordinated proposal forward with counsel. That is an organising goal, not a legal threshold — it does not make anyone an applicant or guarantee what a court would decide. Every owner is still asked to register every unit, so we can see which corporations are covered and which still need owners to come forward.
What this is — and what it isn’t
It is a positive, voluntary way for condominium owners to be identified and counted at the corporation level, so that condominium-administration professionals OLH is speaking with can see who they would be working with before anything is proposed.
It is not a signed retainer, an affidavit, a proxy, a vote, an instruction to any lawyer, a court application, an appointment of any administrator, or a payment commitment. OLH will describe exactly who is proposed and what their role would be before any introduction, and will never share your information with a third party without a separate explicit choice from you.
Financial transparency comes first. Before any owner is asked to commit to anything, OLH will set out in writing who the proposed lawyers and condominium-administration professionals are, what work is proposed, the fees, how it would be funded and how costs would be shared. Proposals will be labelled as proposals, and kept separate from anything that has actually been confirmed. Nothing has been retained, filed or decided yet.
Separate from everything else. This is independent of OLH property management, the Investor Group rate, the OLH referral programme, and any legal action a particular owner may already have under way. Joining here changes nothing about your SIREG agreement, your lease, your rent instructions or any contract you are party to.
Register every unit
Condominium owners register all of their units on this page — including units in more than one corporation. Open to every affected SIREG / Simple Investor owner across Ontario.
Corporation coverage review
Working plan, not a completed step: OLH compares who has registered against the list of affected corporations under review, to see where owners are already connected and where there are gaps. We will share what we can at the corporation level (never individual owner details) once that comparison is done.
Owners’ town hall
A moderated information session for registered owners. The exact date and format will be posted here once confirmed; written-question submission will be supported ahead of the session.
Register your condo units
About two minutes. Add every condominium unit you own in the SIREG / Simple Investor portfolio, with its exact building address, unit number and condominium corporation if you know it. If a unit is held by a holding company, enter the company name as the legal owner and your role; co-owners can each register the same unit.
I’m already in the SIREG Owner Registry
If you’ve already registered a unit on the SIREG Owner Registry, enter the same email here. We’ll email you a one-time code so you can confirm which of your existing units should be included in this corporation-level initiative — no need to re-type them.
