LTB Hearing & Zoom Links (Ontario)
The Landlord and Tenant Board holds most hearings by video (Zoom) or telephone. Your Notice of Hearing lists your block and time — arrive early, test your audio and video, and have your evidence ready.
Preparing for Your Virtual LTB Hearing
Your Zoom link, meeting ID, or dial-in number is printed on your Notice of Hearing — it is unique to your case. Use these three cards to get ready.
How to Join Your Hearing
Find the Zoom link and meeting ID on your Notice of Hearing. Join through the Zoom app on a computer or phone, or use the dial-in number if you don’t have video. Test your connection before your block time.
What to Bring
Your Notice of Hearing, your application and the notice you served (e.g. N4), your Certificate of Service, your rent ledger and evidence, and photo ID. Have digital copies open and ready to share.
Hearing Etiquette
Join early, mute yourself until your case is called, use a quiet space and a professional background, and let one person speak at a time. Speak clearly and address the adjudicator respectfully.
Have a Licensed Paralegal Attend for You
OLH’s licensed paralegals attend LTB hearings for clients and can represent you — presenting your evidence, responding to the tenant’s issues, and advocating for your position so you never face the Board alone.
Full hearing representation is included with the Legal Guarantee. Learn more about our landlord paralegal services.
Official Resources
Hearing links are case-specific and appear only on your own Notice of Hearing — OLH does not publish or generate Zoom URLs for individual hearings. For official information, forms, and contact details, visit Tribunals Ontario:
If you cannot find your link or your Notice of Hearing, contact the LTB directly before your hearing date. Never rely on a link from anyone other than the Board.
