A Working-Class Start, A Province-Wide Finish
Paul was raised in a working-class family. His parents travelled across Canada in search of work — his father in coal mines, gold mines, and other physically demanding jobs — before settling down and buying their first property. Over time, they learned to leverage equity and acquire multiple student rentals.
As Paul grew, so did his role: handling tenants, collecting rent, showing units, and managing day-to-day issues. As a teenager he was already negotiating leases, managing tenant relationships, and overseeing the family's entire rental portfolio.
At 22, Paul launched his own property management company and became a licensed Realtor in the same year — a double milestone that set the pattern for everything since: management and real estate expertise operating side by side.
Today, with over 23 years of experience, Paul owns both a full-service property management firm and his own real estate brokerage.
