OLH uses flat monthly pricing per property: Essential $34.99/mo, Full-Service $139/mo, and the Legal Guarantee $199/mo. Multi-unit buildings are priced per unit — from $99/unit for 2–5 units down to $59/unit for 101–200 units — with custom quotes for larger portfolios.
Are there hidden fees or percentages of rent?
No. There are no percentage-of-rent fees, no setup charges, and no hidden maintenance markups — contractor invoices are provided directly. Government costs, like the $186 LTB filing fee, are disbursements passed through at cost.
What is the Rent Guarantee and how much does it cost?
For $1,250/year, the Rent Guarantee covers up to 3 months of rent (rents up to $3,000/month) if your tenant stops paying, with immediate N4 + L1 enforcement by licensed paralegals and Equifax arrears reporting. It works with any OLH management plan.

How long does an eviction for non-payment take?
