SIREG Owner Registry
Register each unit you own so affected owners can be organized by building, receive important building updates and participate in private owner discussions and future building meetings.
The public registry helps owners see which buildings and verified units have chosen to participate. Owners who separately enable the private directory may connect with verified owners in the same building. It is not an official condominium voting list, proxy, legal ownership register or class-action list, and joining doesn’t make anyone an OLH client.
The registry is now open. Owners can begin registering their units. A unit appears publicly only after ownership is verified and the owner chooses public listing.
Units shown are verified units whose owners chose to be listed publicly.
How the registry works
Five steps. It’s free, and nothing about you is shown unless you choose it.
- Register your unit. Pick your city and building below and enter your unit number and contact details. We organize you with owners from your building, add you to your city’s owner chat, and email you meeting details for your building when one is scheduled.
- OLH verifies you own it. Our team matches your unit to the building and checks proof of ownership (a deed, parcel register or tax bill) before anything can be listed. If we need something, we’ll ask.
- You choose what to share. On your private owner page (the link in your confirmation email) there are three separate choices, each off by default: list your unit number publicly (never your name), share chosen contact details with verified owners in your building, and receive registry updates.
- Your unit appears here. Only once it’s verified and you chose public listing. It shows as “Unit 101 — Owner registered” and nothing else.
- Change your mind any time. Untick a choice on your private page and it takes effect immediately — your unit comes off this page.
Why join? The more owners in a building are registered, the easier it is to find each other, organize owner meetings and understand what’s happening in your building. The registry is a voluntary owner-coordination service — it is not a lawsuit, a vote or legal advice.
