SIREG Owner Registry
Register each unit you own so affected owners can be organized by city and by exact building, receive registry and building updates and join the private owner group for their city.
The public registry helps owners see which buildings and verified units have chosen to participate. Owners who separately enable the private directory may connect with verified owners in the same building. It is not an official condominium voting list, proxy, legal ownership register or class-action list, and joining doesn’t make anyone an OLH client.

Why your registration matters
Turn scattered owners into an organized building
Many owners do not know who owns the other units in their condominium. Registering gives OLH a building-by-building picture so affected owners can find one another, identify gaps and prepare accurate next steps.
- 1Find and verify owners
Exact addresses and units prevent duplicate counting and show which buildings still have owners to locate.
- 2Measure the owner-requisition reference
Once the building’s voting-unit total is confirmed, owners can see the numerical level associated with a formal owner requisition. A registry entry is not a signature.
- 3Understand the majority voting reference
Once the denominator is confirmed, owners can see the level of votes generally required for director removal. Registry entries are not votes.

Bringing condominium owners together
A free, voluntary initiative so SIREG / Simple Investor condo owners can be organised at the corporation level. Owner-occupied owners and owners who use another property manager are welcome. It is not a retainer, proxy, vote or payment commitment, and it’s separate from the Investor Group rate and the referral programme.
About the condominium owner initiativeHow the registry works
Five steps. It’s free, and nothing about you is shown unless you choose it.
- Register your unit. Pick your city and building below and enter your unit number and contact details. We organize you with owners from your building and add you to your city’s owner chat.
- OLH verifies you own it. Our team matches your unit to the building and checks proof of ownership (a deed, parcel register or tax bill) before anything can be listed. If we need something, we’ll ask.
- You choose what to share. On your private owner page (the link in your confirmation email) there are three separate choices, each off by default: list your unit number publicly (never your name), share chosen contact details with verified owners in your building, and receive registry updates.
- Your unit appears here. Only once it’s verified and you chose public listing. It shows as “Unit 101 — Owner registered” and nothing else.
- Change your mind any time. Untick a choice on your private page and it takes effect immediately — your unit comes off this page.
Why join? The more owners in a building are registered, the easier it is to find each other and understand what’s happening in your building. The registry is a voluntary owner-coordination service — it is not a lawsuit, a vote or legal advice.
