Owner & Tenant Connection Centre

Connect owners and tenants, one verified unit at a time

Owners and tenants can privately register the same building and unit. OLH reviews possible matches. Nothing is shared between the parties unless both people agree.

Free for both. Private. About a minute. You don’t need to hire OLH. Read the information and neutrality notice.

Already registered? Tenants: get back to your private page. Owners: use the private link in your registration confirmation email, or register another unit.

If you rent your unit

  • Private. Your name, contact details and unit number are never published.
  • Free. There is no charge, and nothing to buy.
  • Quick. About a minute: your name, your email address, your building and your unit.
  • A lease is optional — and comes later. You don’t need one to register. You can add it afterwards from your private page if you wish.
  • Your lease stays private. It is never public and it is never automatically shown to an owner.

Tenants: Register Your Unit

How it works

  1. You register privately. An owner registers a unit they own. A tenant registers the unit they live in: a name, an email address, the building and the unit. A lease is optional and can be added later.
  2. OLH staff review. When an owner’s verified unit and a tenant’s registration name the same building and unit, authorized OLH staff look at it. The software never connects two people by itself. Anything unclear — two owners, two tenants, a unit number written differently — waits for a person to check.
  3. Each person is asked separately. If staff think the two records may relate, each person sees a short notice on their own private page: “Possible unit connection found.” It carries no name, no contact details and no documents.
  4. Both must agree. Each person chooses for themselves: Request Connection, Not Now, or This Does Not Match My Situation. If only one person asks, nothing about either of them is shared.
  5. Only what you chose is shared. If both ask to connect, each person sees only the contact details the other one selected. Either of you can withdraw afterwards.

What stays private

  • Tenant names, owner names, contact details and exact unit numbers are never published.
  • A lease is private evidence for authorized OLH staff. It is never shown to an owner and is not what connects two records.
  • Registering, joining an owner or community group, or hiring OLH is not consent to be connected. Consent is asked for separately, and you can take it back.
  • OLH safeguards and administers the information. It is not sold.
  • You can correct your details, withdraw, or ask for your information to be deleted from your private page.

Plain answers

Do I have to hire OLH?

No. Registering and connecting are free and do not require hiring OLH. OLH Property Management offers paid property-management services to owners; an owner who wants that asks for it separately. A tenant’s information is never held back to make an owner hire OLH, and owners who are OLH clients and owners who are not follow the same rules.

What does “verified” mean?

For an owner, OLH checked ownership of the unit. For a tenant, authorized OLH staff reviewed the registration. Neither is a legal finding about a tenancy, and neither creates or changes any legal right.

Will I get messages?

Only the kinds you choose. News from OLH is a separate, optional choice that is never ticked for you.

Is this legal advice?

No. This page and the registry are general information and coordination. If a tenant asks for individual legal advice or representation, OLH first checks for a conflict of interest — OLH may manage a unit or act for its owner — and where there is one, the tenant is pointed to an independent professional or a community legal clinic.

Does registering as a tenant add me to a community group?

No. Registering as a tenant does not add or invite you to any group, and joining a group is not a registration. They are separate.
