Match and registry notices. Tell me when a possible unit connection or an important update about my registration is available. Asking the other person. After OLH staff have reviewed a possible connection, OLH may ask the other person whether they wish to connect. That first notice contains no name, no contact details and no documents. OLH news. Before you register: OLH is independent and does not encourage, direct or recommend that anyone end an agreement, change or stop a payment, or take legal action. Registering does not affect any contract, tenancy or legal obligation you have with anyone else, and it does not make OLH your property manager, agent or legal representative. No lease is needed to register. Uploading one is optional and happens after you register, from your private page. A lease stays private: it is never public and never automatically shown to an owner. OLH safeguards and administers the information — see the privacy policy and how unit connections work.

Information, neutrality and correction notice

Independent. This OLH service helps affected owners and tenants organize information and request private connections. OLH is not affiliated with or endorsed by SIREG Management Inc., The Simple Investor, any related company, any insolvency professional, any condominium corporation or board, or their legal counsel. OLH offers paid property-management services to owners; using this page does not require hiring OLH.

No findings. These registration pages do not make any allegation, accusation, finding or conclusion about the conduct, rights or liability of any person or organization. OLH does not decide legal ownership, tenancy rights or voting eligibility. “Verified” means OLH staff reviewed a record for this registry; it is not a legal finding. Information about third parties comes from identified public or official sources, or from user submissions that are not treated as verified unless expressly labelled as verified, and it may change.

No direction or advice. OLH does not encourage, direct or recommend anyone to discontinue services, cancel or terminate an agreement, breach a contract, change how or where rent is paid, stop making a payment, or take legal action. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Registering changes nothing else. Registration itself does not terminate, vary or affect any contract, appointment, authority, payment instruction, tenancy, condominium right or legal obligation you have with anyone else.

Your decisions. You make your own decisions and remain responsible for complying with your agreements and applicable law, and for getting independent legal advice about your own documents and circumstances.

No professional relationship. Using this page does not create a property-management, agency, legal, paralegal, real-estate brokerage, fiduciary or other professional-client relationship with OLH.
