- Go to Property Tools → My Listings (EzyRent) and create a listing.
- Add photos, the rent and unit details, then publish.
- Prospective tenants request showings, which you approve. Manage them under Showings.

- Bright, wide shots of every room.
- List what's included (utilities, parking, laundry).
- Set a clear minimum-notice for showings so you're never caught off guard.
