What it does
From a lease, LandlordEzy prepares your N1 — Notice of Rent Increase: it pre-fills the current provincial guideline and the new rent, sets the earliest legal effective date (at least 90 days out and 12 months since the last increase), and fills the official LTB Form N1 ready to e-sign and serve.
After you serve it
When you serve the N1, the increase is automatically applied to your rent ledger on the effective date — no manual edit later. You can also top up the last-month-rent deposit to the new amount in one click.
Good to know
This is a paid feature. Always confirm the current guideline and any exemption rules before issuing — see rent increases & the guideline.
