What you'll get
The first days of the month are everything for rent collection. When a tenant misses their rent, LandlordEzy emails you a quick digest listing every tenant who currently owes — the amount and how many months — with a one-click path to generate the official LTB N4 (Notice to End a Tenancy for Non-payment of Rent) in under 60 seconds. No paralegal needed.
How often you'll hear from us
You'll get one short email each morning for the first few days a payment is late, and then it stops until the next month's miss. We deliberately don't nag you about old, long-standing balances — only fresh non-payment, so the alert always means "act now."
Turn it on or off
These alerts are on by default. To turn them off (or back on), open the profile menu (top-right) → Profile → General Settings and toggle "Rent-collection & N4 reminders." Every alert email also has a one-click link to turn them off.
Keep your alerts accurate
The alerts read straight from your rent ledger, so mark each month paid, partial or unpaid as it happens. Keeping the ledger current means you're only ever alerted about rent that's genuinely unpaid.
