Add team members (roles & permissions)

Invite staff, a co-owner or an accountant and control exactly which modules each can see.

Why use sub-users

Instead of sharing one login, invite each team member their own. You decide what they can access — for example, give an accountant the Expense Tracker and rent ledger but not screening reports.

How to add someone

  1. Go to Roles & Permissions and click Add.
  2. Enter their name and email and set a per-module permission matrix (view / create / edit).
  3. They get a secure invite to set their own password and see only what you allowed.

Good to know

You remain the main account holder. You can change a sub-user's permissions or remove them at any time.
