The all-purpose eviction application — used after serving an N5, N6, N7, N8, N12 or N13, or for abandonment and superintendent-unit evictions.
How the L2 Works
- Prerequisite: the underlying notice (N5, N6, N7, N8, N12 or N13) properly served.
- Must be filed no later than 30 days after the notice's termination date (except N12/N13, which can be filed immediately after service).
- Filing package: completed L2, copy of the notice, Certificate of Service, and the $186 LTB filing fee.
- Can also claim compensation for damage or other money owed.
