Archive, never wipe
When a tenant moves out, click Archive on My Tenants & Leases. Nothing is deleted — their lease, rent history, receipts and documents are all kept. This matters if you ever need the record later, for example to file an LTB application against a former tenant.
Find & restore archived tenants
- Open Archived Tenants from the sidebar (or the "Archived" link on My Tenants).
- View the full record read-only, pull the rent history, or Restore the tenant back to your active list.
What the tenant sees
An archived (moved-out) tenant keeps read-only access to their own past rent history and receipts under Past Tenancies — useful for their records and taxes.
