Invite your tenant to the platform

A tenant with their own login can view their rent ledger, download receipts, keep their profile up to date, and build a portable rental reputation — which makes them a better-organised, more transparent renter and reflects well on your tenancy.

1. Make sure the tenant has an email on file.
2. On My Tenants & Leases, click Invite to platform next to the tenant.
3. They receive a secure email link to set their own password — you never handle their password.

Once they activate their account, they land on their dashboard and can see only their own information. The invite link expires after 7 days for security; you can re-send it anytime.
