Why it is trustworthy
The on-time rent figure is calculated automatically from your actual rent ledger — it cannot be self-claimed or edited, which is exactly what makes it valuable to a prospective landlord.
How to build it
- Pay rent on time — each on-time payment improves your record.
- Ask a current or former landlord to recommend you.
- Keep your profile and contact details current.
