How to delete
- Go to Property Operations → Properties & Units.
- Use Delete on a unit, or Delete property to remove a property and all of its units.
- Confirm the prompt — deletion is permanent.
Remove the tenant first
For safety, you can only delete a unit or property once its tenant/lease has been removed — this prevents accidentally orphaning an active tenant. Archive the tenant first (their records are kept), then delete the unit or property.
