Invite an owner
On an owner’s page, click Invite to portal. They receive a secure magic-link to sign in — no password to manage. You can revoke access at any time.
Control what they see
Each owner has a permission matrix with seven toggles: owned properties, statements, the activity/ledger feed, documents, inspections, messaging and your contact info. Set company-wide defaults in Portal settings and override them per owner.
What the owner sees
- A home dashboard with their balance and properties.
- Their statements, with PDF download.
- An activity feed of rent, expenses, fees and distributions.
- Shared documents, property inspections, and two-way messages — each only if you enable it.
Owners never see your private fee/profit figures.
