Generate a statement
- Open an owner and choose Statements.
- Pick a month and click Generate.
- The statement totals income, expenses, fees and distributions for the period and carries the opening balance forward to a closing balance.
Send it
- Download PDF for printing or your records.
- Email to owner sends the PDF to their address.
- If the owner has a portal, the statement appears there and you can see when they have viewed it.
Corrections
Re-generating a month bumps the statement’s revision number, so a corrected copy is clearly marked as an update.
